Incorrect Items: If the item received is not the one you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
HouseNook Returns Program: For products covered under the HouseNook Returns Program, you may return the item within 60 days of receipt without providing a reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
Personalized or custom-made items.
Items returned after the 60-day return window.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team at help@housenook.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions, Refund processing time is 15 days.
Ship the item back to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
If the return is not approved, we will notify you with the reason for denial.

5. Exchanges
